Preparation:

After you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email and we'll prepare your order for shipping within 1-3 working days.

Delivery Times:

Note: Occasionally and given the high demand this period, some caftans may be temporarily out of stock (1 or 2 weeks), so please allow for the occasional delay.

But one thing's for sure: You'll receive and love your peices, or you'll get a full refund.

If your parcel is delayed, please contact customer support, and in general don't worry, because your parcel will arrive sooner or later during this interval.
